Dr. Sydney Milson, ND completed her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine Degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2022. Prior to attending CCNM she graduated from the University of New Brunswick with her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology.

Sydney believes that our health is the greatest investment we can make. Patient education is the core of Sydney’s practice as it is a necessary component for patients to make positive changes and informed decisions about their health. She believes our health is built by daily habits and that small sustainable changes can have a big impact on our long-term wellbeing.

Outside of her practice Sydney is a gym owner of York County CrossFit where she spends her time teaching people how to move better so they can move for longer. In her free time she enjoys lifting barbells, rucking at O’Dell park, or spending time on the ice with her husband.
